The Services are operated by International FX Awards (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “International FX Awards”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Where registration, verification, nomination, voting, subscription, or event registration is required, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information.
Create multiple accounts or use multiple email addresses to obtain an unfair advantage;
Share, sell, transfer, or misuse login details, verification links, or voting access;
Use bots, scripts, proxies, automated tools, fake accounts, or other methods to manipulate votes, nominations, rankings, or results;
Impersonate any person, company, nominee, sponsor, judge, or representative;
Submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing information.
We may reject, suspend, investigate, restrict, or terminate any registration, nomination, vote, account, or access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the integrity of the awards programme may be affected.
Unless otherwise stated:
Each verified email address may cast one vote per eligible award category.
We may use verification methods, including email verification, IP-address monitoring, device checks, and fraud-detection measures.
Votes obtained through automated systems, fake accounts, paid manipulation, coercion, technical abuse, or other unfair methods may be removed or invalidated.
Our decisions regarding voter eligibility, vote validation, disqualification, tie-breaking, and award outcomes are final, subject to applicable law.
All materials available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, databases, award names, badges, certificates, trophies, and branding, are owned by or licensed to International FX Awards or relevant third parties.
You may view or download limited materials for personal or internal business reference only. You must not, without our prior written consent:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, translate, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any materials;
Use International FX Awards logos, badges, trademarks, or branding;
Scrape, crawl, mine, archive, or systematically extract content or data from the Services;
Use any materials in a misleading, unlawful, or reputation-damaging manner.
Winner, finalist, nominee, sponsor, and other award-related badges or marks may only be used where International FX Awards has expressly granted permission or a licence.
Follow the required format and brand guidelines;
Be limited to the approved period, where applicable;
Accurately reflect the relevant award status;
Not be altered, recoloured, distorted, or used in a misleading way.
We may suspend or withdraw badge-use rights or recognition where there is misuse, fraud, serious misconduct, reputational harm, or a material compliance concern.
Where you submit company information, logos, biographies, photographs, videos, testimonials, nomination materials, or other content (“Submitted Content”), you confirm that:
You own or have permission to provide the Submitted Content;
The Submitted Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
It does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
You have obtained all required permissions from any individuals featured in the Submitted Content.
You grant International FX Awards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute Submitted Content for award administration, promotion, publicity, marketing, media, and historical record purposes.
We may review, edit, reject, remove, or decline to publish Submitted Content at our discretion.
By entering, being nominated for, shortlisted for, sponsoring, participating in, or winning an International FX Award, you agree that we may use your company name, logo, website, profile, category, and public award status for administration, promotion, media coverage, marketing, and historical records.
We will not publish confidential business information unless you authorise us to do so or disclosure is required by law.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, sponsors, media channels, or service providers.
These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party content, products, services, availability, privacy practices, or security practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We may update, modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the Services, awards programme, categories, rules, schedules, event arrangements, benefits, or features at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
We are not responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, natural disasters, public-health events, government action, venue unavailability, supplier failure, labour disruption, or force majeure events.
The Services and all materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International FX Awards does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, security, or suitability of the Services, content, voting systems, nomination systems, award outcomes, event arrangements, or related materials.
International FX Awards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, or reputation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where you:
Breach these Terms;
Provide false or misleading information;
Attempt to manipulate nominations, voting, judging, rankings, or outcomes;
Engage in fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or security-related activity;
Cause or risk reputational, legal, operational, or technical harm to International FX Awards or other participants.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
We may collect information required to administer registrations, nominations, voting, events, fraud prevention, communications, and compliance obligations.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific nomination, voting, event, sponsorship, or registration rules, form the entire agreement between you and International FX Awards regarding use of the Services.
